As a your typical work assignments may include:

As a SUPERVISORY EXECUTIVE PROGRAM SPECIALIST you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Ensure the Director's strategic objectives and priorities are conveyed to DCSA Component leadership.
• Represent DCSA in administrative forums during development and coordination of various work products, to include correspondence, policies, and similar instruments, and in general advocate DCSA's positions with Department of Defense and other Federal Government organizations.
• Review all policies, guidance, and correspondence signed by the Director, Deputy Director, or Chief of Staff to ensure such documents are clear, accurate, well-written, and properly coordinated by all stakeholders.
• Oversee the assignment and tracking of tasks initiated by the Office of the DCSA Director or higher headquarters; ensure all tasks are properly assigned, coordinated, and staffed.
• Manage high-priority special projects for the Office of the DCSA Director, to include conducting detailed research, collaborating with agency leaders, and recommending solutions to complex problems.
• Assist in responding to in-depth, substantive inquiries from higher headquarters regarding complex program issues, Congressional inquiries, DCSA stakeholders, and other important or urgent issues involving DCSA mission areas.

As the senior advisor for business transformation, the incumbent advises the Director, DCSA, on potential areas for improvement, identifies patterns, and documents interrelationships. Incumbent applies process improvement methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall agency performance.

The incumbent performs a variety of duties including the following:

Business process redesign and transformation
Analyze complex business systems to identify patterns, interrelationships, and potential areas for improvement. Analyze current business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies.

Oversee the agency change management capability. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote adoption of change and instill a culture of continuous improvement.

Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute transformation strategies that align with agency goals and enhance operational effectiveness.

Lead and manage BTO workforce and operations to facilitate the Agency's mission.

Collaboration and Communication

Technical Guidance and Mentorship
Prepare and present reports to senior management on transformation progress and outcomes. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, translating technical concepts into actionable insights.

Quality and Performance
Monitor progress and performance metrics to assess the impact of transformation efforts.

Oversees the agency's High Impact Service Provider (HISP) program. Conducts comprehensive assessments of agency high-impact services, measures their customer experience maturity, and identifies actions to improve service delivery.

Documentation and compliance
Comply with Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) and internal controls requirements to maximize the potential for successful financial statement audits and improve the agency's financial management operations.

Innovation and Improvement
Apply process improvement methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall agency performance.

Monitor progress and performance metrics to assess the impact of transformation efforts.

Key Role:

Provide advanced technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environment, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, training, and implementation advice on complex problems which require doctorate level knowledge of cybersecurity for effective implementation. Apply principles, methods, and knowledge of specific functional areas of expertise to specific task order requirements. Provide advice on esoteric problems which require extensive knowledge of the subject matter. Design and prepare technical reports, studies, and related documentation, create executive level charts and graphs to record results, and prepare and deliver presentations, training, and briefings, as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with cyber operations and information security in a Joint environment 
• Experience with military operations
• Knowledge of Risk Management Framework and its functionality
• TS/SCI clearance

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, build, and maintain current and future customer-supported tools and platforms

• Manage multiple assignments and work independently with minimal oversight

• Produce system design documents.  Support architectural analysis of cyber security features and existing system related to future needs and trends
