This is an exciting opportunity to learn about all Council functions and work with colleagues in all service areas. We are looking for 2 administrative legal assistants. The successful candidates will assist three areas namely Information Management, Licensing and the People and Court Group within the Legal and Licensing Structure. The posts will enable these three areas to continue to provide an effective operational delivery of high focussed services to Council Departments, the Corporate Client, Elected Members and the Public. The posts will suit candidates with a particular interest in Information Management, Licensing and Legal Work.

Essential

Good standard of education, with a minimum of 3 Standard Grades or equivalent (General Level 3 or above) including English or substantial relevant experience

You will liaise with all departments and be a strong presence on site to support all the nursing teams and staff. To instil a pro-security culture by managing the daily site security service which involves liaison with security guards and a timely response to any reported incidents, including reporting crime to the Police and conducting a full investigation with outcomes and recommendations. Also assists in management of capital schemes, SLA’s, and to run a busy site security office.

Maintenance of an effective CCTV and ID card system and access control arrangements for all users. Datix incident updating and preparation of reports.

Assistant Facility Security Officer, Mid

Key Role:

Performs a wide range of functions to ensure the protection of firm and government sensitive and classified information. Applies specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance and reviews or guides activities of junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with managing security requirements for sensitive security programs, including DoD SCI programs
• Knowledge of DoD security systems or databases, including DISS
• Knowledge of Title 32 of the Code of Federal Regulations (32 CFR), National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directive (ICD), and DoD security requirements
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with using Microsoft Office software applications
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail
• Ability to be highly flexible and motivated

The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. My client provides reactive security services such as alarm response, building unlocks/locks and security patrols to homes and businesses in Surrey and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be a dedicated, passionate, capable and competent security supervisor/security team leader who meets the requirements of the candidate profile. The successful candidate will commence by training on all security patrol officer roles within the Company. Once trained the candidate will be primarily based in the management office Monday to Friday 0900 to 1800 and included within the on-call duty roster.
