Our multi-office client is a well-established legal firm that offers a client-focused approach, evident in their numerous 5-star reviews. This Legal Assistant position is based at their brand-new, beautiful Stow-on-the-Wold office which has recently opened, demonstrating their goals of expansion and level of opportunity within the company. You will provide efficient support to the Conveyancing Solicitors to facilitate the smooth day-to-day operations of the office and offer a flexible attitude in getting stuck into various tasks to support your team when needed. You will be friendly and good at building relationships to work closely with your teammates and new and existing clients.

Duties of a Legal Assistant:
• Liaising with clients over the phone, email and in person to support with their queries.
• Navigate the case management system to prepare correspondence.
• Administering the storage, retrieval, opening and closing of client files.
• Prepare outgoing mail and enclosures.
• Carry out searches, ID checks and other work on files.
• Audio-typing.
Requirements of a Legal Assistant:
• A background in residential conveyancing required.
• Possess the ability to work quickly at a high level of accuracy.
• Professional written and verbal communication style.
• Audio-typing skills.
