1.Operate and controlling the entry and exit gate for visitor and vehicle

2.Attend to registration of visitor (Require every visitor, ambulance, contractor, vendor, volunteer. or other type of guest that enter in or exit out to be register).

3.Verify the time out/time in of any residents with the submission of the TARF and update the document on the time out/time in session. Return to family/ resident or place all completed TAFR on the respective level tray for filling by nursing staff.

4.Attend fire alarm activation (Determine the location of the fire alarm and inform the situation to the Fire Alarm Monitoring Centre (Adeco) and inform FHD staff for following up with the necessary actions)

5.Ensure all entry and exit door to be locked and secure before reporting off.

The candidate will oversee and manage the IT and Cyber security infrastructure for the Line of Business (LOB). The applicant will work closely with the various project teams to ensure that infrastructure implementations are properly managed and instituted in accordance with current best practices and authority requirements. The successful candidate will be involved in security compliance audits and provide guidance and consultation to project team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the cyber and IT infrastructure in line with the company’s policies and authority mandates
• Establish and oversee the implementation of security protocols for project and common infrastructure.
• Review processes and perform internal security audits, to identify areas of non-compliance and propose remedies in line with company policies and authority requirements.
• Conduct periodic trainings on Cyber Security measures and best practices
• Write functional requirement documents and guides
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role and have work experience
• Good understanding of IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security measures and implementation methodologies
• Project Management experience will be an advantage
• Possess CISSP/ SCCP certifications,
• Previous experience performing security audits will be an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and provide attention to details.
• Ability to work in a team and as individual
• Previous experience working in MINDEF/ MHA preferred
