Regional Security - General framework

As a regional representative from Corporate Security Directorate, the Regional Security Advisor ensures the proper consideration of security measures for people, assets and information in Naval Group’s countries of interest in South-East Asia. The scope of activities covers prospection and deployment phases, support to the subsidiaries and Naval Group representative offices. The incumbent also has the ability to advise Joint-Ventures on safety concerns, on demand from local management.

Main responsibilities

Ensures coherence in the security measures in the region:

• Supervises, closely with the security network, the awareness program of the teams onsite
• Communicates to the local teams the security standards and requirements, while also supporting their implementation
• Controls their implementation (build) and execution (run)
• Ensures that incidents reporting process and business continuity plan (BCP) are in place and operational

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Legal support services within the companies which may include drafting, reviewing and negotiating of various types of commercial contracts including contracts involving the sale and purchase of oil products, charter-party agreements, storage leases, corporate guarantees, letters of intent, multi-party settlement agreements, financing documents, supply agreement and logistics agreements, insurance contracts;
• Legal support to associated companies: Review of all legal documents, board resolutions, shareholders' resolutions, and by-law amendments;
