Job Summary:
The Area Security Manager (ASM) will work on-site with one of Pinkerton's most prominent global clients. In this role, the Manager is a valued member of the client's Corporate Security team that manages all aspects of physical security at corporate locations and serves as a subject matter expert in security management, policy, and industry best practices. The ASM is responsible for all elements of the Corporate Security program, including security standards, assessments, consultancy, mitigation, guarding and access programs, and incident and crisis management programs at the Singapore and Bangkok locations. Essential Functions:

1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

3. Build trusted internal stakeholder relationships by providing best-in-class services through safety and security enhancements.
4. Plan, develop, and implement security plans, policies, and programs.
5. Support security design and operations at new facilities.

7. Monitor security situations and take measures to minimize security risks/threats to the business commensurate to the dynamic security environment.
8. Develop and deliver plans to close any potential gaps in the security controls.
9. Drive Business Impact Analysis (BIAs), mock drills. and table-top exercises.
10. Successfully align corporate security metrics, goals, and strategic direction across functional area to support overall team mission.
11. Develop performance metrics to track an improve individual, team, system, and site performance.
12. Establish and implement effective, predictable, and measurable procedures or processes to be communicated clearly among client stakeholders.
13. Triage and collaborate with specialist teams on corporate investigations and occasionally conduct and manage corporate security investigations.
14. Provide oversight for guarding operations, managing large budgets, and performing service delivery functions.
15. Create goal setting, performance management, and retention strategies across multiple teams.
16. Manage cross functional projects and drive teams/partners to meet program and/or product goals.
17. Build collaborative relationships and coordinate with internal and external security partners.
18. Oversee security operations and logistics for large scale corporate events and high-profile visits.
19. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in criminal justice, security, law enforcement, business management, or accounting with at least seven years of global corporate security experience (including writing and publishing security standards) or equivalent sized NGO or public sector. Seven or more years of experience in implementing security programs or managing enterprise business continuity solutions/programs is also necessary. We are seeking an experienced Regional Security Manager (RSM), who will be embedded to one of our major MNC client. will oversee protective security operations across the assigned region, ensuring the safety of company assets, employees, and visitors. This role involves developing and managing comprehensive physical security programs in collaboration with workplace teams, commercial teams, quality assurance, public affairs, and other disciplines. The RSM will support physical security, security operations, event security, facility integrity, and crisis management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regional security operations, crisis management, and compliance with both local and international regulations.

Essential Functions:

1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
2. Oversee daily security operations, including access control, surveillance, and incident response.
3. Manage and coordinate with local security teams and external security partners.
4. Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of security systems equipment.
5. Support the enterprise and physical security requirements within the assigned region.
6. Ensure SLA/KPI's are maintained and regularly reviewed with our security partners.
7. Oversee and support external events, activities, and meetings.
8. Develop, implement, and manage physical security policies, procedures, and programs across assigned regions in collaboration with the wider Corporate Security team.

Undertake the role as the Corporate Security point of contact when supporting the business crisis management team in your assigned region. Lead and coordinate the response efforts during security incidents and emergencies in your assigned region. Conduct post-incident investigations and create detailed reports. Conduct security awareness training for employees and contractors. Develop and deliver training programs for local security personnel. Stay updated with the latest security technologies and practices and ensure continued improvement in security operations. Act as a liaison between regional offices, headquarters, and external agencies on security matters. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on security issues and activities. Collaborate with our wider departments to integrate security considerations into business operations. Provide site leadership, SVP's, VP's, and GM's guidance in achieving security related business objectives. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

A bachelor's degree in security management, Criminal justice, or a related field with six plus years' experience in security management. Professional certificate (e.g., CPP, PSP) preferred but not essential. Member of a professional security body for security professionals. Fiscal - Responsible for tracking projects expenditures and installation progress through reviews of status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules of plans as the need arises. Maintains full financial accountability to project; requires ability to forecast financial trends across project, ability to understand internal Johnson Controls and external client cost structures and integrate or translate to/from Johnson Controls accounting methodology using AIA standards.

Quality - Maintain project quality; conducting inspections of worksite, ensuring workmanship meets Johnson Controls installation required quality standards and expectations.

Customer Service - Provide adaptable, concise, and professional support to all customers and other personnel and ensures timely follow-up on all customer concerns and issues.

Compensation
