- You will serve as a STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING SPECIALIST in the EXPLOSIVE ORDNANCE DISPOSAL GROUP (EODGRU) TWO "STRIKE" FORCE RESILIENCY PROGRAM (FRP) located at JOINT EXPEDITIONARY BASE LITTLE CREEK, VA.
- You will develop and establish a culture of discipline, character, and mental resiliency within the individual EOD operator and ND.
- You will conduct fitness education via briefings, classes, seminars, and/or workshops on various strength and conditioning topics.
- You will observe and/or participate in STRIKE force resiliency and unit activities in order to identify physical and ergonomic stressors that increase risk of mission-related occupational injury.
- You will develop and implement initiatives to mitigate physical and ergonomic stressors and optimize service member performance.
