- Supervise the H2F Human Performance Team.
- Provide education and trainings to various groups regarding human performance and H2F programs.
- Monitor the program's effectiveness and provide training and technical support to develop, manage, and implement an effective human performance program.
- Conduct group and individual human performance consultations and oversight to include cardiovascular, strength, power, agility, flexibility, nutrition, and cognitive performance.
- Conduct research and analysis on human performance.
- Manage resources, contracting, budget, procurement, facilities, and equipment.
- Analyze emerging mission requirements and conduct short- and long-term planning.
- Serve as the program coordinator for the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program, which includes kinesiology, dietetics and nutrition, physical therapy, occupational therapy, cognitive performance, and strength and conditioning.
- Evaluate, analyze, research, and implement program policies, guidance, and standard operating procedures.
