- Serve as the Cybersecurity subject matter expert and Information System Security Officer (ISSO) under the direction of the Regional and Installation Information System Security Manager (ISSM).
- Support the Department of Defense Information Assurance Risk Management Framework (DIARMF) program for all Midwest Region sites.
- Preform as a team lead ensuring that the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision, and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans and work products and services.
- Communicate with team on assignments, projects, problems, actionable events, milestones, programs, deadlines, and timeframe completion.
- Lead the team in identifying, distributing, and balancing workload and tasks among employees in accordance with established workflow, skill level and/or occupational specialization.
- Monitor organizational planning and policy formulation to ensure compliance with risk management principles and regulatory guidance.
- Audit Installation Campus Area Network (ICAN) users monthly to ensure regulatory requirements for access are being met and maintained.
- Prepare reports and maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information, as required.
- Coordinate the preparation, presentation, and communication of work-related information to the supervisor.
