As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a critical role in the success of our Vungle Exchange customers around the globe with a hyperfocus on our clients in the APAC region. Technical Account Managers serve as client-facing experts on the technical inner workings of the Vungle Exchange. Your job is to use your tech skills and customer service abilities to support our clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist to monitor and improve the reliability performance of the bus models through cost-effective means.

· Work with suppliers on issues and mitigation measures attributed to design or quality inadequacy

· Monitor fleet performance and supervise engineering / maintenance activities in order to achieve set company requirements and expectation

· Assist to review and develop bus maintenance policy, maintenance strategies, maintenance methodologies and introduce innovative ways to maintain the fleet so as to achieve efficient and cost-effective engineering/maintenance operations to support bus operations

· Assist in maintenance planning through providing required budget, cost control and variance analysis.

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Diploma in Engineering

· At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Automotive Industry

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficient in software application such as Microsoft Office. Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage

· May need to travel if required

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day running of application systems, for example:

• oversee and ensure the smooth running of the systems under your charge and that all key maintenance and support tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• manage outsourced vendors and/or in-housed contractors to meet the delivery and operation needs of the systems.
• work with internal and/or external parties to troubleshoot the root causes of the issues reported, ensure that the issues identified are reported and fixed according to the service level agreement as well as incident management framework.
• manage on-/off-boarding of user accounts and changes in roles, and review user access/audit logs to ensure compliance.
• plan, execute and support system implementation, software/hardware upgrades and security patches.
• perform regular risk assessment to identify security and/or other compliance issues with IT policies and procedures, liaise with the relevant subject matter experts to provide solutions, and oversee the proper implementation of such solutions.
• monitor and maintain the software licenses and maintenance support relating to the systems and coordinate the procurement and renewal as necessary.
• work with internal tech teams and vendor(s) to implement pro-active monitoring of application system health and upkeep of system performance.
• identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency enhancements, and implement appropriate solutions.
• develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, processes, and user manuals, to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure proper system administration.

Plan and implement system enhancements to meet user change requests, including:

• providing estimated costs and timeline to implement the changes.
• securing the necessary resources to carry out the changes.
• ensuring that the vendor and/or in-house contractors complies with the relevant IT policies and procedures while working on the changes.
• assisting users during requirement gathering and user acceptance testing to ensure clarity of scope and quality of the developers’ work.
• overseeing the proper implementation of the changes.

Requirements

• Experience in managing and supporting IT projects/systems, preferably in the financial/government sector.
• Strong technical expertise in areas such as networking, systems administration, cloud computing, and IT security will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes in accordance with IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
• Sound understanding of the technical aspects of systems integration in an environment with diverse technologies.
• Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux server/cloud environments, will be an added advantage.
