• Gather data and prepare reports as necessary

• Review/Check drawings and update final documentation

Qualifications and Education Requirements

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

The Analytic Transformation & Governance team is the central pillar for propelling a rapid transformation within the recently formed Commercial Analytics & AI (CAAI) organization at Pfizer. This organization is made up of various functional areas including Insight Strategy & Execution, Market Research Insights, Data Science and AI, and Analytic Engineering. ROLE SUMMARY

The Technical Data Product Manager (TDPM) for Analytics Capabilities plays a critical role in driving the development, prioritization and growth of analytics capabilities within the Commercial Analytics and AI organization. They are responsible for interfacing with the business to gather data feature requirements, translating business and feature requirements into technical requirements for the Analytics Engineering teams, ensuring the delivery of valuable insights and actionable recommendations through scalable data products and solutions. The TDPM will collaborate with the CAE engineering leadership team on strategy and planning for feature delivery, data architecture solutions, and roll-out and communication of analytics data capabilities that scale horizontally across reporting capabilities and data domains.

This is an individual contributor role.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy and Plan:

• Collaborate with CAE engineering leadership to define and communicate a clear vision for the analytics data capabilities roadmap, aligning with business goals to drive the adoption and utilization of data products.
• Identify and understand the specific audience or stakeholders who will benefit from the capabilities through contextual inquiry, interviews, journey mapping exercises, and other research techniques.
• Conduct assessments, gather requirements, and define necessary features and functionality horizontally across common data sets as relevant to commercialization/marketing of pharmaceutical products.
• Collaborate with CAE engineering leadership to create feature roadmaps that outline the strategic direction, priorities, and timeline for development of data products.
• Identify new data sources that accelerate business stakeholder decision making capabilities
• Work across stakeholders to align on priorities considering factors such as benefit, effort, cost and time to value.

Development Life Cycle:

• Define and track progress on key milestones and deliverables throughout the development life cycle.
• Act as a guide and advocate, ensuring alignment with the data product vision.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and stories for Analytics Engineering
• Work with Data governance and CAE data architecture to align business requirements with data standards.
• Work directly with content engineering leads to hand off technical requirements and ensure clear transition to development teams.

Communication:

• Establish a cadence of updates and feedback sessions with key stakeholders.
• Develop a rollout schedule and deliver training sessions for effective utilization of data capabilities to business stake holders, data scientists, and data engineers alike.
• Establish support mechanisms and channels to address user queries and maximize value.
• Act as subject matter expert in various pharmaceutical commercialization data domains.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ Years experience in data product management or algorithm design/development, with at least 10 years of experience in SQL and relational databases.
• BA or Masters in Computer Science or Engineering, Data Science or equivalent work relevant work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Technical Product Management and agile software delivery practice.
• Deep understanding of data processing for data science and analytics purposes, data management and design/architecture, and data product scalability techniques.
• At least 10 years of experience in writing/designing business and technical specifications for analytic data product purposes.
• Strong ability to bridge the gap between technical and business needs.
• Proven track record in developing, executing, and delivering data product strategies and roadmaps within an agile development framework.
• Knowledge of Sales and Marketing organizations and their analytics needs.
• At least 5 years of experience with healthcare data and exposure to healthcare data architecture is required.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills and ability to connect with both technical and business audiences.
• Ability to make product-related decisions and define metrics and KPIs based on business use cases.
• Experience with Atlassian products including Confluence and JIRA.
• Collaboration and teamwork skills to foster a culture of collaboration.
• Proven accountability in reporting progress, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, data science, information systems, or a related discipline.
• Direct experience with Marketing and Sales Data within the BioPharma industry
• Strong understanding of data management principles, data processing, and data analytics.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
• Knowledge of data integration, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data governance.
• Understanding of cloud and big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Qualifications

• Lead the multi-step design, planning and execution of experiments to characterize the RNAs and their formulations for in vitro studies

• Develop, establish, and execute novel technology platforms (multi-cellular engineered culture systems, 3D bioprinting platform, high throughput live imaging system) to monitor vaccine-mediated immune responses, including T cell, Treg, NK cell or PBMC based immunotherapy assays

• Partner with Director to contribute to scientific discussions and strategic internal/external collaborations aimed at advancing the RNA Platform

• Mentor junior scientists’ research activities and provide technical guidance when necessary

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Molecular Cell Biology or a related field

• 3+ years relevant industry experience in pre-clinical research and in vaccine technical development OR

• 6+ years relevant post doc experience

• Experience in drug discovery process accumulated in prophylactic and therapeutic vaccine development 

• Comprehensive knowledge and hands on experience in mRNA element engineering including UTRs, codon, and structure optimization for enhanced translational outputs

• Comprehensive knowledge and hands on experience with ex vivo cell-based assays to monitor vaccine-mediated B & T cell immunogenicity

• Hands on experience with cell culture (primary immune cells and established cell lines) and the utilization of cell-based assays to characterize RNA-based products (e.g., Multicolor flow cytometry, ELISA/MSD/ELLA, Taqman RT-qPCR, Luminescence, and single cell RNAseq)

• Strong communication skills—written and verbal

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience establishing vivo/ex vivo models for vaccine development

• RNA secondary structure and RNA folding characterization and mRNA stability analysis experience

• Experience performing and analyzing mRNA translation through polysome profiling and/or ribosome profiling

• Experience with data analysis of NGS-based technologies (e.g, RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, scRNA-Seq, Long-Read sequencing)

• Experience managing a small team

The Technical Support Specialist provides customer technical support and service for all ExploreLearning products to ensure successful implementation and usage. As a product expert, the role serves as a primary contact for customer technical issues and works with other ExploreLearning personnel to identify, escalate and resolve issues.

• Provides effective and accurate technical support for customers of web-based educational solutions via phone calls, emails and desktop sharing in a timely and professional manner.

• Delivers higher-level customer and technical support by resolving issues personally, collaborating with other departments to resolve or escalating issues to appropriate other parties for resolution.

• Identifies, researches and resolves technical issues.

• Tracks, documents and reports customer issues and resolution activities.
  Identifies, develops and maintains standard responses for often-encountered technical issues and documentation gaps.

• Maintains a working knowledge of ExploreLearning products and associated platforms and system requirements.

• Supports special projects and other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager. 

Job Requirements:

What You Will Achieve

The Technical Operator II will be responsible for performing all aspects of biologics upstream and downstream production in a single use facility, including cell vial thaw and flask expansion inside a Bio-Safety Cabinet (BSC), operation of wave/STR bioreactors up to 2000L, chromatography and TFF systems.

How You Will Achieve It

• Performs manufacturing activities per current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).

• Perform all aspects of biologics upstream and downstream production.

• Operate production equipment safely in accordance with established standard operating procedures.

• Conduct activities in support of production schedules as directed by leadership.

• Maintain GMP records to comply with regulatory requirements and assist with in-process testing.

• Ensure compliance to training on an activity prior to GMP execution.

• Review completed batch records daily for GMP compliance and completeness.

• Inventory manufacturing supplies and ensure items are properly stocked.

• Operate to the highest ethical and moral standards.

• Adhere to quality standards set by regulations and policies, procedures, and mission.

• Work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Applicant must have High School Diploma (or Equivalent)
• 2 - 4 years of experience in a GMP pharmaceutical or biotech environment.

What experience you need

• 1-3 years in technical Product Management.

• Ability to act as a business analyst, team lead, product owner or other delivery role when needed.

• Position requires extensive product planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. 

• You understand all components of full product life cycle management, inclusive of market research, roadmap creation, dependencies, prioritization, rollout/adoption, customer feedback, compliance & product health metrics.
