We have an exciting role at Coastline as our Projects and Technical Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of key investment and planned maintenance projects for Coastline from start to finish, together with supporting the Property Surveyor's Team.
In addition, providing extensive technical support on the development of our new homes, including maintenance of our existing housing and non residential assets. Good knowledge of health and safety legislation required of a social housing landlord, including CDM Regulations, construction site requirements, Fire Regulations and Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) are essential. You will hold a Degree or have extensive experience in the profession. RICS or MCIOB would be an advantage. Knowledge of Building Regulations, together with other building legislation. You will have an understanding of Social Landlord specific requirements for construction projects, Housing Health and Safety Rating Systems (HHSRS), together with a wider understanding of the building industry.
If you have the above, together with good IT skills and great communication and negotiating skills, we would love to hear from you. A full driving licence and a satisfactory standard DBS check are essential for this role.
