Mobile Caretaker
Bow Cross, London, E3 – covering London and surrounding areas

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Mobile Caretaker to join our team!
In this mobile position, you will provide essential cover for caretaker absences across multiple locations and conduct deep cleaning of communal areas in residential blocks.
This role requires someone who is flexible, trustworthy, and able to manage their own schedule effectively while delivering high standards of service.
The role of Mobile Caretaker will include:
- Step in to cover caretaking duties in various locations during staff absences
- Perform thorough cleaning of communal areas including corridors, staircases, bin rooms and entrance areas
- Address resident complaints related to cleaning and maintenance promptly and professionally
- Organise and manage your daily schedule to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Report repairs and chase repairs accordingly
- Complete Compliance Reports
- Ensure communal waste areas are kept clean and tidy, managing missed bin collections as required
- Work across departments in order to achieve satisfactory resolution for issues around our estates
Skills and experiences:
- Proven experience in a caretaker role is essential
- Ability to handle resident complaints and resolve issues with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work across different locations and adapt to changing tasks
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
- Knowledge of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) guidelines
- This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
