We are seeking a qualified and experienced ICT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and delivering system and software solutions that enhance operational efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for technology and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with users to formulate and document business requirements.
- Investigate and analyse business processes, procedures, and work practices.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend optimal business practices and system functionalities.
- Use project management methodologies to develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage projects.
- Deploy functional solutions, including creating, adopting, and implementing system test plans to ensure quality and integrity.
- Develop user documentation and deliver formal training sessions for end users.
- Create functional and technical specifications for system developers.
-Utilize data and process modelling techniques to produce clear system design specifications.
- Act as a central reference point, providing guidance in system project decision-making processes.
Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Skills:
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with users to identify business requirements.
- Proficiency in data and process modelling techniques.
- Expertise in developing functional specifications and deploying system solutions.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques.
