Technical Designer:

I am currently working with a top design and build company who are looking to expand their design team.

My client are looking for a Technical Designer with Revit 2024 on a freelance basis.

They need high performing staff to help deliver real outputs through drawings and modelling. They give our team members the tools to succeed and the autonomy to innovate and drive excellence.

Key Responsibility's:

Proficient in Adobe Suite, Fusion and SketchUp (other drawing packages are advantageous)

• Calculating dimensions, weight limitations, and measurements for designs
• Producing 2D and 3D CAD outputs, which will be fully annotated and workshop ready
• Creating diagrams and layouts to illustrate the workflow of designs
• Ensuring all projects are built to the required production specification
• Regular communication and meetings with other departments, especially the account management team and heads of departments in the workshop
• Working to very specific deadlines and milestones
• Ensuring designs comply with company regulations and quality standards
• Identifying areas for improvement and efficiencies in relation to your business area

Schedule - Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5.30pm

You are required to have Revit and an office workplace experience as a technical designer.

They are seeking a candidate who already possesses a strong skill set in technical drawings and draughtsmanship. Understanding of terminology, materials and processes in the events/construction industry is a must in this role. A demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, with an ambitious, can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail will suit this candidate perfectly.

You will be in charge of the finances for your school's kitchen as well as every aspect of the food and beverage operations as the Sodexo Cook Manager in Croydon, Staines and Surrey areas. It will be your duty to make sure that the catering provided by the school is among the best in the area and that the food and service meet the highest standards. What you do:

• Manage the replenishment of food and the dismantling of work areas at the end of service.
• Develop, mentor, conduct training, and inspire the kitchen team.
• Control the complete catering operation, including labour, food, and stock expenses.

What you bring:

Core responsibilities

• Communicate with internal/external customers i.e. Sales managers / Service engineers and end customers on a daily basis via phone, and e-mail.

• Responsible for delivering the test strategy and approach in a continuous product development environment working with the DevOps Team

Mobile Warehouse Stock Operative - £25,043 - Croydon

Own Car is Required

The position

• This full-time permanent position,you will be responsible for driving around the region based in and around Croydon to complete audits on deliveries.
• Rate of pay: £25,043 per annum
• Weekly hours: 40 hours plus 30 min unpaid break (8.5 hours per day) concessions made to 6 hours per day based on stores visits +50 miles.
• Shift patterns Monday-Friday, within a window of 06:00-16:00
• Full Driving License and access to your own transport is essential.

A day in the life of a Warehouse Stock Operative

As a Mobile Accuracy Checker, you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in what can be described as a fast-paced and target driven environment to ensure the stock entering our customer store is accurate.

Job activities

• Audit the Inbound accuracy of multiple supplier deliveries at customer store level.
• Audit Picker accuracy of stock arriving at stores and fully investigate all errors found.
• Adhere to agreed audit and error verification procedures at all times.
• Maintain integrity at all times.
• Ensure the expected productivity levels are achieved, in line with customer expectations.
• Review daily targets in line with customer expectations.

Job specifics

• Able to actively respond to both verbal instructions and audible warning devices
• The ability to communicate well, both written and verbally.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• You will be confident in their ability to add and subtract without the use of a calculator.
• Full Driving License and access to your own transport
• All work may require prolonged periods of standing and all employees will be required to kneel, bend and squat in order to access and work with low and ground level stock.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with business analysts and developers to produce software designs
Formulate program specifications and basic prototypes
Transform software designs and specifications into high functioning code in the appropriate language
