About our Line of Business – Mission Software & Services
Our Mission Software & Services business provides leading-edge mission critical command, control, and communications (C3) systems with secured IT infrastructure and managed services. We support our client’s innovation journey through design thinking, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support with our full suite of cloud computing solutions. You will assist in implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems and networks. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who have a foundational understanding of system engineering and are eager to grow their skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

- Assist in the development and deployment of new systems, applications, and network configurations.
- Help in the installation, configuration, and testing of operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
- Support senior engineers in system integration and performance tuning.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and availability of IT infrastructure.
- Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and backups.
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance procedures.
- Provide first-level support for system issues and user problems.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Document and escalate complex problems to senior engineers when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Assist in preparing reports on system performance, incidents, and improvements.
- Contribute to the development of technical guides and manuals for end-users.
Qualities We Value
- Experience in system engineering, IT support, or a related role.
- Internships or practical experience in system administration or engineering are advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and network fundamentals.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and software.
- Understanding of security principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
