An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, self-motivated, forward thinking team player to join the Datix Team at Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust.
The post holder will support end users of the Datix System at all levels; software used to record and manage records such as incidents and risk. This will involve dealing with day-to-day queries by telephone and e-mail, reviewing and quality checking reported incidents, producing reports as requested, etc.
The role will involve a basic level of system administration and comprehensive use of other computer based applications including e-mail and Microsoft Office, in addition to the Datix System itself.
As a critical member of a small team working in a busy, fast paced, environment, the post holder will be required to exercise excellent organisation and problem solving skills to be able to deal with complex queries and find suitable solutions using their own initiative.
The role is in a busy team supporting end users of the Datix System across all levels of the organisation. You will act as a key contact point to help staff with their use of the System, and be able to manage a wide variety of tasks.

The post-holder is a member of the Datix Team and will act as a contact point for Datix user support issues. They will be responsible for quality checking incident records, and liaising with Datix users to clarify any discrepancies or gaps in the information provided, offering guidance and support as required.
Along with colleagues, the post-holder will work to actively encourage, promote and assist staff members to view, assess and act on all Datix records for their particular work area. This will include undertaking a data cleansing role to ensure quality, consistency and accuracy of the information stored on the Datix system. The post-holder will also need to undertake other duties commensurate with the grade of this post as required.
