Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer/ IT or equivalent
• Medium to Senior level, at least 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Required Skill(s): C#, NET, SQL, Server, Web-MVC, Mobile
• Experience in Payroll related software or database application will be a plus
• Strong leadership to lead the juniors and excellent team-work experience
• hands-on with practical knowledge in a large/ medium size system development
• Can-Do attitude with strong responsibility and tasks ownership
• Communication skills and able to converse in English
• Relevant internships or academic projects are a plus; fresh graduates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Understand user requirements and perform system analysis, design and document functional and system specifications.
• Design, develop, troubleshoot, test, document, and deploy new solutions quickly and reliably.
• Build the frontend and backend software, build business logics and APIs in the back-end to connect all systems and components together.
• Ensure the delivered applications follow security best practices and comply to enterprise security standards.
• Maintain and improve existing web applications
• Involve in both frontend and backend development
• Managing software team, guiding junior developers.
• Any other Ad Hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in software engineering or computer science or any related disciple
• Minimum of 2- 3 years of development experience in Java/J2EE, Python, HTML, JSP, Javascript, JQuery, MS SQL, Oracle, Hibernate/JPA Struts, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful web services.
• Proactive, motivated and team player
