You'll serve as a Training and Communications SETA helping clients to develop stakeholder management strategies, establish new business processes, and executive comprehensive training and communication strategies. You will be responsible for collaborating closely with other ARPA-H Offices and divisions, identify training and communication requirements, and lead the creation relevant materials and programs that facilitate effective communication, knowledge transfer, and adoption of IT initiatives. Key Role:

Function as a System Certification Specialist and Security Control Assessor as part of a team in the performance of Assessment and Authorization (A&A) activities ensuring National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) management, operation, technical, and privacy security control implementation compliance for large, complex DoD information systems. What you will be doing

The Application Support Engineer is responsible for the support and maintenance of CIBC’s On-Prem, hosted, and cloud applications and interfaces from both a technical and business perspective. The role works on the day-to-day support through troubleshooting complex issues and delivering quick solutions.

This role will be partnering with the business to champion their needs and requests. Also, collaborate with vendors, developers, architects, and cloud and infrastructure specialists to gather requirements and conduct research for new, upgraded, and enhanced technologies.

Moreover, this role will coordinate and/or perform designs, installations, configurations, and system testing producing deliverables related to specific projects. Also, responsible for assisting Compliance and Security to ensure systems are functioning in accordance with Bank standards.

Project Work - Provide technical guidance concerning the business implications of technology projects. Modify, enhance, and/or create solutions to meet business requirements. Analyze proposed application designs and provide feedback on potential gaps.  Review, plan, test, and implement system upgrades and enhancements. Review system patches and updates by vendors to ensure minimal system impact. Plays an integral role on project teams producing quality and timely deliverables. Perform testing of solutions before moving to production.

Who you are

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an application support role, 1 to 3 years of business experience in banking.

• The Technology and Cyber - SVP will have over 10+ years of hands-on technical experience in Information/Cloud Security, risk and controls within globally complex, dispersed and diverse organizations.  He/she will have sound understanding of risk assessment methodologies, internal controls, and industry technology risk management frameworks and best practices (e.g., COBIT 2019, NIST CSF, CRI, RFM, ISO 27001) and will proactively remain abreast of emerging technology and cyber risks.  He/she will set and drive high standards; perspective that fosters risk identification and mitigation techniques, and a commitment to transparency and learning that helps builds a strong risk culture. The expected result is to help protect the firm and its reputation while enabling progress.

  More specific proven experience, knowledge and skills are outlined below:

• Experience with complex system implementations (e.g., general ledger, sub-ledger, accounting engine, reference data, reporting tools implementations a plus) on either 1LOD/2LOD. Specifically Oracle Financial Suites

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Where department allows, new graduate hires must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing which is inclusive of clinical rotations in an acute care setting (American Association of Colleges of Nursing or National League for Nursing)
• Internal clinic employees who have functioned successfully as a CMA or LPN with a minimum of 3 years may be considered from an accredited school that does not have clinical rotations where department allows
• 0 to 2 years RN experience

• 0 to 2 years specialty experience

Licenses/Certifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required if working in the state of MN upon hire
