The Event Director for FHA is responsible for overall Brand ownership, delivery of quality customer experience, and continuous growth of products to develop and maintain the Brand as a market leading entity. The Skills

Main responsibilities:

· Lead the account managers, guide and support them, train and help them grow

· Respond to IFE tenders across the APAC region, by proposing the proper strategy for the clients, understanding the pricing (internal/external) and clients’ requirements

Complex Investigations/Improvement Needs for Product(s)

• The Formulation & Fill Finish Sciences & Technology Leader will lead the assessments of complex pharmaceutical formulation and fill finish sciences and technology investigations or requirements for improvement of formulation processes and procedures for products, incompliance with current international guidelines, requirements and/or applicable registrations in Santen territories. 
• She/he will derive the necessary root cause investigation approaches and mitigation strategies to ensure quick turnaround of faced challenges and paced product supply recovery.

This is a sales leadership and management role accountable for driving event and digital sales through the current team, but also hiring top talent as the team grows. • Deep understanding of the competitive external market; understanding and staying current on trends impacting clients and customers

Education and Qualifications:

• A recognized degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, IT or Engineering.

Work Experience:

• 7+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong network within Singtel Singapore
• Experience developing and understanding business strategy.

Technical / Professional Skills:

• Experience with analytical problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to executive management.
• Experience developing and understanding business strategy.
• Experience leading large-scale transformations covering multiple workstreams including organisation, IT, capex, and change management.

What a Director, Operations and Payments Network, Asia Pacific does at Visa:

This role reports to the VP, Global Operations and Networks Payment (with a dual dotted line reporting into the VP, Commercial & Money Movement Solutions, Client Services AP and to the VP, Visa Direct AP).

The Director, AP Operations and Payments Network is responsible for leading and developing multiple teams across the AP region, including Payment Operations, Client Support, Service Management, Implementation Management, Partner Service Management, Payment Application Support and the Payment Operations Command Centre.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide leadership and guidance for the department, teams and direct reports and serve as an escalation point for internal stakeholders, clients and partners
• Oversee all critical responsibilities of the department, prioritising the timely execution of payment processing activities and the delivery of a high-quality service to clients

This role, which is accountable for Project Profitability, Implementing strategy for entire Event management team including industry and government engagement, driving Sales through an experienced team of sales professionals. Partnering with the Event and Sales lead in the Market Pillar to develop and deliver the sales strategy in the Market Pillar via the achievement of stretch Sales targets.  Leads, manages and develops a team of event and sales professionals along with creating new products in the evolving conference world of blending digital and physical networking.

• Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cyber Security Testing Lead who is skilled in application and infrastructure penetration testing, vulnerability assessment and source code review to guide and review the work of external and cross function team security testers. Need to be responsible for assessing and enhancing the security posture of the organisation’s critical applications and infrastructure through comprehensive testing, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing techniques. Expertise will play a crucial role in identifying security vulnerabilities and recommending risk mitigation strategies to different senior stakeholders.
• Review and tailor the scope of external penetration testing, along with Domain security champions.
• Review the results of external penetration tests and partner with Domains to contextualise findings and prioritise remediation
• Conduct application and infrastructure penetration testing, vulnerability assessment and source code review in line with Singtel’s standards, through leveraging own team, cross-functional teams or external testers.
• Perform targeted application security assessments and penetration tests for various applications such as mobile, and web services as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on Singtel’s standards, security best practices and recommend remediation strategies.
• Work with third party penetration testers to coordinate annual penetration tests for the organisation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team’s penetration testers and provide guidance on scoping, rules of engagement, testing methodology and reporting.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of security assessments, including findings, methodologies, and recommendations.
• Utilize both manual testing and automated application vulnerability scanning/testing tools for assessments.
• Retest security vulnerabilities and update reports with retesting results.
• Stay updated with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques to enhance the effectiveness of security testing methodologies.

Skills for Success

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Solid experience in application security testing, vulnerability assessment, source code review and penetration testing.
• Proficiency in performing application security testing using manual techniques, as well as utilizing runtime vulnerability testing tools and/or code review tools.
• Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10, CWE/SANS Top 25, and other common vulnerability frameworks.
• Attained OSCP or CREST
• Familiarity with various security tools and products like Fortify, AppScan, Webinspect, Burp Suite, Nessus, etc.
• Strong understanding of APIs, HTTP protocol, and Cloud technologies
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and common programming languages
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholder.
