As part of the Senior Team and under our Partner/Director, the Associate Director will take responsibility for the operational delivery of projects, the management of project teams, the management of client relationships and the line management of teams as well as to play a leading role in ensuring the successful delivery of innovative design solutions for some of the exciting building projects in Singapore and around the region.

The Skills

A Chartered Engineer or a Registered Professional Engineer with the PEB in Singapore, educated to degree level in Electrical or Building Services Engineering, you have gained vast experience within a building services context. You also possess a strong understanding of low energy design and have proven your technical expertise in the relevant design software.

In your most recent position, you would have consistently demonstrated your ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and teams to deliver to, and exceed client expectations, and crucially you have a passion for creative and intuitive design.Having critical systems/data center projects experiences will be advantageous.

Given the collaborative and client focused nature of this role, excellent communication and project management skills are essential. Regional or international experience would be an added advantage.

Main responsibilities:

· Lead the account managers, guide and support them, train and help them grow

· Respond to IFE tenders across the APAC region, by proposing the proper strategy for the clients, understanding the pricing (internal/external) and clients’ requirements

· Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders who will help facilitate the roadmap and the content strategy – review the airlines’ annual budgets and plan accordingly the content

· Present and engage with all relevant stakeholders on the airlines’ side when needed

· Review and understand license agreements, which includes interpreting contractual terms and understanding the application of our content strategies with the airlines we are servicing

· Review the airline guidelines and processes with the account manager to ensure proper services, and stay within allocated budget – in view to have contract renewals

[What the role is]

The Strategic System Department spearheads the development and operation of strategic pan-NEA systems in support of its operational objectives by leveraging WOG or best-in-class technology. • Manage a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders and rally them together to deliver stable work arounds and SIPs (Service Improvement Plans).

Skills for Success

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information technology or a relevant field.
• Commercial exposure at least 10 years ,
• Technical Certification (IT-related). OEM certification – eg CCxx/CCDP
• Other adjacency (virtualization, cyber etc)
• Some ICT and telco convergence handling (preferred)
• Enterprise grade Customer Service skills
• Business acumen
• Good to have:Awareness of the current technology;
  In-depth knowledge of network technologies and products;
  Awareness of technology changes;
  Ability to multi task and involve in multiple outages over-sight
  Ability to work in a team;
  Ability to use Microsoft suite of products include Visio, network tools and similar products;
  Good literacy, numeracy, verbal and communication skills, required to present to Customer’s end customer;
