• Ensure compliance with data protection laws and related regulations for all HR-related systems

HR Analytics and Reports

• Collect and analyze data and statistics to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance operational performance
• Ensure reporting solutions, insights, analytical tools, and dashboards deliver actionable and accurate data to end users
• Prepare reports of data results and present findings to senior leadership
• Establish and execute strategies and governance on employee data management and analytics

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for automation within HR processes and evaluate tools to improve and maintain data integrity
• Lead and participate in projects focused on continuous improvement and development
• Research and maintain current knowledge on new and emerging HRIS trends.
• Mentor and coach the team to develop expertise and drive process and configuration excellence
• Actively identify and resolve issues or opportunities for enhanced user experience and HRIS integrations

Vendor Management

• Coordinate, schedule, and track progress of specialized work projects or departmental functions
• Manage HR vendor relationships and issue ticketing, ensuring maintenance and issue resolution
• Raise and resolve tickets on issues brought up by HR partners, ensuring no downstream impact
• Interface regularly with vendors and external providers to resolve system concerns
• Review and assess system provider proposals and budgets to ensure cost-effective and relevant HR services and processes
• Ensure vendors comply with regulatory requirements and collaborate with teams such as Risk, Data Privacy, and the Project Management Office to ensure organizational compliance

Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related fields
2. Fluent Professional level Mandarin/Chinese Language is a must.
3. Strong understanding of all HR functions (organizational development, recruitment, administration, payroll), and General Affairs (GA), experienced in being HRGA at least 5 years
4. Experience in handling Recruitment, BPJS, Employment Contract etc.
5. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations (UU Cipta Kerja and Tenaga Kerja Manpower Regulation).
6. Experience with HRIS System and Tax PPH 21 Calculation
7. Knowledge of HR Functions (recruitment process, compensation and benefits, and training and development)
8. Able to work on multiple tasks and under pressure.

Job responsibilities : 

1. Develop and implement human resource strategies to support the company's long-term growth and success.

2. Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent 

3. Handle employee relations, performance management, and HR policies. 

4. Manage administrative tasks and ensure compliance with regulations.

5. Maintain and implement all human resources policies and procedures, including recruitment and training, salary management, social security benefits (BPJS health insurance and BPJS human insurance system updates), performance evaluation, and employee relations (signing PKWT/PKWTT employment contracts).

6. Provide human resource consultation and support to resolve employee issues and disputes.

7. Manage and maintain employee databases to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.

8. Collaborate closely with department leaders and employees to determine human resource needs and develop corresponding human resource strategies.

9. Manage and supervise human resource budgets to ensure effective utilization of resources.

10. Understand with labor regulations in Indonesia (UU Cipta Kerja regulations).

YOUR MISSION

• This role represents the key connection between Puma Apparel Innovation and vendors in the Asian arena. Working closely with Innovation management and vendors – Identify what we currently do well or need to do better, and then help to develop further to improve performance, value, and appeal.  
• This includes both the elements of materials and garment construction and will involve working closely with internal and external business partners
• Communication to the wider Innovation team and Sourcing colleagues on a regular basis, is critical to the success if this role
• Investigate material/garment/technical opportunities for improved performance and Sustainability – for today and tomorrows consumer.  
• Develop new and innovative solutions for performance apparel concepts – through fibers, material, and garment manufacturing methods
• Bring ideas and inspiring concepts to the table on a regular basis, based on your research and input for the research team and translate to our future consumer’s needs.  (3-4 ideas per quarter/year). 
• Ensure costing parameters are considered when advancing innovations. Support the development of Innovations from concept stage through to commercialization.  
• Work with Product Development both at headquarters and PGS to execute material/garment/technical innovations ensure a clean ‘handover’ of innovations to the inline businesses
• Visit tradeshows within the textile arena and beyond to build up a portfolio of new inspiration. Carry out assignments at the discretion of your line manager

YOUR TALENT

• Degree in Textile / Fashion / Clothing related discipline
• Minimum 7-10 years’ relevant experience in garment/sportswear industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, flexible with entrepreneur mind set
• Excellent verbal & written English language skills
• Good at Microsoft Office
