Your new role Joining Hays means you will be part of a forward-thinking business that's going places. We will feed your entrepreneurial spirit. Within an established business, you'll have the freedom to do things differently and be challenged to think beyond.
As a Senior Recruitment Partner, you will work with an experienced Client Engagement Manager and have a team lead approach to growing our business footprint by providing expertise and solutions to our technology customers. Your focus will be on nurturing and expanding a candidate channel, finding and engaging with talent in your specialist field. You will also use your network to uncover and foster new business opportunities with our customers.
What you'll need to succeed
You will already be an accomplished recruiter in a specialist market, your professionalism and exceptional communication skills will ensure you provide the best service in the market and be a go to industry expert.
You know that you've got what it takes because you are:
· Highly motivated with agency or internal recruitment experience within the technology sector
· Committed and confident in?building partnerships with customers, focusing on creating strong candidate networks
· Solution focused, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those you encounter
· Ambitious?to think beyond; to achieve improved solutions for clients, candidates, and colleagues
