Responsible for developing, coordinating and maintaining an integrated system of Budget Execution via the Financial Management Information System (FMIS) for the entire Federal BOP which consists of Central Office (Headquarters), six (6) Regional Offices, two (2) Law Enforcement Training Centers, and 100 field installations.

Responsible for monitoring the results of budget execution and formulation input from Central Office Administrators, Regional Comptrollers, and in coordination with the Controller of the Management & Specialty Training Center.

Responsible for the formulation of Annual Budgets for all BOP facilities using the established equity formulas by management program area (i.e. Food Service, Medical), and coordinating with Facilities Staff (Headquarters & Regions) the Annual B&F Budget requirements in the FMIS System.

Provides technical assistance to BOP field installations in maintaining the Financial Management Information System (FMIS) and responsible for future development of enhancements to the system.

Responsible for the continued development, revision, and implementation of the BOP policy relating to the FMIS system (Distributed Budget Module - Manual).

The Transaction Risk Principal is responsible for conducting detailed transaction-level risk reviews of CHIPS grant, loan, and loan guarantee applications, ensuring CPO transactions align with program objectives and established risk policies and procedures. The Transaction Risk Principal works closely with the Transaction Risk Director, Chief Risk Officer, and the CHIPS Investments and Strategy teams to evaluate and structure transactions by providing independent risk analysis, conduct comprehensive risk assessments, and assign risk ratings. Specifically, this includes:
- Conducting independent credit and risk analysis of deal structures, project sponsors, and investors.
- Contributing to the development of strategies to reduce or mitigate risks in transactions and realize improved outcomes.
- Risk rating transactions according to established guidelines and scorecards.
- Applying final risk parameters for inclusion in credit subsidy models.

What You’ll Get to Do

CACI is seeking an experienced Oracle database administrator with ETL experience to join our program as a member of our team supporting our DOD clients.  In this role, you will support application and database activities in maintaining multiple Oracle and Postgres databases. You will also play a key role in supporting a new data transformation and migration project moving data from a legacy source to a new target system. You will be part of a team where complex problem solving and communication skills are critical to success

This hybrid work location is largely remote but does require some scheduled rotational work at our client location in the Washington DC area.

More About the Role

In this role you will

Assist in managing and maintain multiple Oracle and PostgreSql database instances.

Support DBA activities as well as support special projects including application rehosting migrations

Perform installation and upgrade of applications, databases, and tools including patching of technology stack and databases

Perform patching tasks for keeping all environments current with vendor patches

Work closely with cross-functional teams to help create and maintain source to target data mappings and transformation business rules.

Develop migration scripts using PL SQL and SQL related technologies to perform data extract, transformation and load.

Perform the migration of data from legacy systems to new system.

Perform data profiling and validation of source to target migrated data

Identify data anomalies, address data issues by applying data validation rules and remediation routines

Provide on-call support to production environments including some weekend support

Work cooperatively with functional and technical staff, to meet timelines and deliverables

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

Bachelor’s or above degree in relevant field, or equivalent work experience

 5+ years SDLC support experience

 5+ years Oracle DBA experience

 5+ years PL/SQL experience

 Experience with extract, transform, load (ETL) of data from diverse databases and file structures to leverage in a different target system

 Experience in data validation and cleaning to ensure the quality and integrity of data

 Must have strong problem-solving skills

 Minimum current DoD Secret clearance

Have current Security+ Certification or to attain within 90 days of start date

 Must be US citizen

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

 Experience DoD Oracle database implementations

 Experience with Azure DevOps

 Experience with Toad, SQL Developer or DBeaver

Provides consulting services and technology expertise specific to North American Commercial Banking (NACB) deposit product initiatives. Support Senior Technology Officer in managing projects end-to-end within the technology space within the NACB Deposit portfolio, including completing technology intakes and vendor engagement. Liaises with stakeholders to understand problems and opportunities, to facilitate the organization's goals by understanding business vision, objectives, and key performance indicators. Aligns technology requirements and solutions to a real business need, meets essential quality standards, and ensures approval by all relevant stakeholders. What You Will Do:

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Technical Writer to provide support to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Integrated Public Alert and Warning Division (IPAWS). As the Senior Technical Writer, you will play a critical role in creating, editing, and maintaining documentation across several active projects, striving for high quality, integrated work products to aid in the advancement of the client's transformational goals. The work of the Senior Technical Writer will help build a more equitable and far reaching national alerts and warnings ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Review, coach, and assist in the development of program-level strategic plans, reports white papers, presentations, marketing materials, and other content for internal, client, and public audiences.

• Ensure the documentation’s quality by editing, revising, rewriting, and analyzing the existing technical content to make it more user-friendly.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (including FEMA personnel, partners, and contractors) to serve as a trusted subject matter expert on the appropriate format, layout, and presentation of technical and non-technical material.
