Plans, organizes, coordinates, schedules, promotes and implements a variety of year-round indoor and outdoor activities through the outdoor recreation center.Sets up and maintains contracts with surrounding local recreational businesses for special interest adventure programs.Produces marketing requests for marketing upcoming programs, and delivers posters/fliers throughout base facilities.Provides estimated cost data and itinerary for planned activities.Oversees the Information, Tickets and Tours program, contacting potential customers to assist in selecting the desired recreational packages.Insures safe transport of participants on long multi-day, overnight outings.Operates multi-passenger vehicles in support of recreation activities and trips.Supervises assigned personnel.

Job Description

• Documents information into patient record in an accurate and timely manner
• Obtains prior authorizations from insurance companies
• Generates medical renewals under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider
• Assists LPN’s with obtaining information for pump/sensor/meter approvals
• Assists in clinical coverage as needed
• Adheres to AMC’s regulatory compliance issues
• Other responsibilities as assigned by manager

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED is required
• Medical Assistant Certification from an accredited program is required, CMA or CCMA
• Medical office experience preferred but not required
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work within a team as well as individually

Salary Range: $18.00/hr - $23.79/hr
