**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in daily administrative tasks and office operations
- Support HR functions, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee record management
- Organize and maintain files, documentation, and office supplies
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Support various projects and contribute innovative ideas to improve efficiency
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment
**Qualifications:**
- Director speaks Chinese, requires proficiency in both Chinese and English.
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Recent graduates with strong organizational skills and innovative thinking are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a human resources role is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
