• TheDecontamination Technicianis responsible for providing effective, safe and efficient collection, decontamination (manual cleaning, disinfection and sterilisation) and distribution of re-usable medical devices including flexible endoscopes for use in direct patient care.
• Work in co-operation with the Theatres, wards and departments to provide a flexible and efficient service that is responsive to the needs of the patients’ and the Trust.

Onsite training will be carried out within all areas of the Decontamination Facilities.

• Carry out daily test & maintenance on all Washer/Disinfectors, Trolley Washers, Niagara SI Ultrasonic WDs, Medisafe Ultrasonic Cleaner and Automatic Endoscope Reprocesses (AERs) and record the test results to demonstrate compliance, so as to enable audits and facilitate analysis.
• Follow Washroom protocols and standard operating procedures all the time.
• To log all incoming set, scopes and instruments into the department via the Fingerprint Tracker computer system and prioritise workload.
• To check that all equipment is present and correct.
• Report any discrepancies to the customer and the Team Leader/Production Coordinator immediately.
• Complete the relevant documents for non-conformances.
• To wash and decontaminate medical devices according to the departments policies and procedures, particularly Health and safety and Control of Infection.
• To take delivery of and process unique specialist loan medical device for use in complex clinical procedures, following the manufacturers’ instructions.
• To be able to recognise single use equipment and dispose of as appropriate.
• Deal with customers’ queries and reschedule workload as Fast Track items as received.

• Undertake quality checks for cleanliness and functionality before packing to agreed specifications.
• Pack sets and instruments using various designs of wrappings/containers in such a way as to ensure an effective sterile field for up to one year after sterilisation.
• The packer will sign the tray lists of instruments/apparatus, therefore accepting final responsibility for work undertaken.
• Deal with clinical user queries and reschedule workload when Fast track items are received.
• Visual checks are carried out on all wash cycles to ensure correct parameters are achieved, if these are not achieved wash load is failed on traceability system and returned for reprocessing.
• To include tamper proof security seals, sterilizing indicators and wrapping materials.
• Assist in restocking of supplies and record all information required.
• Comply with Gowning room procedure.

We are looking for a Mobile Radiographic Assistant to join our mobiles division in South West of England. As this is a mobile role covering a number of locations across the South West such as Truro, Plymouth, Exeter, Bristol and Swindon, the successful applicant will be eligible for a car allowance. We will take your home location in to account and try to base you primarily from the sites most local to you, but there may be occasions when you need to travel further afield - any travel or hotel costs will be paid for by InHealth. What you will do: As part of our clinical team, this role is essential to ensuring our patients receive the best standard of care from arrival through to departure. The Radiographic Assistant is primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the working day by welcoming patients into the clinical area and preparing them for their CT scan. You will also be required to complete some administrative tasks within the department, however this role will mostly be patient facing. What you are responsible for: Welcoming patients in a professional, courteous manner, coordinating their arrival through to departure Escorting patients to and from the clinical area as required, explaining the procedure in full and ensuring any questions or concerns are managed professionally Completing the patient's pre-scan data protection/consent form and health and safety questionnaire (where applicable) Assessing and monitoring the patient's condition after procedure, ensuring that any changes are reported to the relevant staff immediately Ensuring patient and customer focus is central to the success of the CT department by delivering an excellent level of patient care throughout Accurately entering all relevant patient data into the patient management system Managing administrative tasks within the unit from time to time that include: Dealing with telephone, direct and face to face enquiries Booking clinically validated appointments on the internal system Ensuring all payments are invoiced promptly and accurately. We are looking for someone who has: A valid UK Driving License. What you'll be doing

The junior software engineer will assist with the maintenance and further development of an existing leading-edge suite of web and application tools.The role will also include the extraction and manipulation of data from the software for management information purposes and the presentation of this data in an accessible format using Microsoft resources including Excel and Power BI.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

- Obtaining a thorough technical understanding of the existing systems and the likely future amendments to the system.

- Following existing development practices within the team, e.g. coding standards, use of tools.

- Designing or amending reports to pull information from the legal software suite.

- Design, development, and implementation of management information dashboards in Excel or Power BI as appropriate and amendment of existing dashboards as required.

- Understanding the business requirements, priorities, and goals and how they relate to the software being developed - training and support provided.

- Understanding development requests and ideas and converting them to production applications and tools.

- Working in a methodical, controlled environment with sufficient test programs and documentation.

- Assisting the IT systems administrator with tasks e.g. providing holiday cover or help with time-sensitive problems.
