Responsibilities:
- Deliver Yonyou ERP systems and cloud solutions implementation services including user requirement study, solution proposal, system configuration, key function testing, user training, report writing, and documentation;
- Monitor and control project progress and ensure successful project delivery according to the project plan.
- Provide pre-sales support from a technical perspective, including product &technical solution demo;
- Investigate all reported problems/errors & initiate amendments & testing so that the system can operate correctly & efficiently;
- Deliver client training
- Receive training about Yonyou ERP products, industry, and project management.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in the implementation and support of business applications and cloud solutions;
- Good command of one business knowledge including accounting, supply chain, manufacturing, or construction industry;
- Experience in ERP solutions (Sage, SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Microsoft Navision, Workday) will be advantageous;
- Degree in Information Technology, Accountant, and Business Management;
Soft skills:
- Good planning and coordination skills;
- Strong writing, verbal communication and presentation skills;
- Good team player, responsible and conscientious;
- Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active;
- Possess a strong interest in investigating and identifying causes of issues, and able to propose solutions to rectify the issue;
- Experience in providing training to core team and end users;
- Will be based in Singapore and travel for overseas projects in Southeast Asia;
- Chinese proficiency with Chinese-speaking clients.
