Development is the largest discipline at Endava. Our developers design, build, and release software products in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and libraries. Always collaborating with cross-functional project teams, our developers are adaptable problem-solvers with a client-oriented mindset.
The purpose of this project is to develop innovative telecommunication services, such as a Black List feature and Custom SIP Header validation, on the cutting-edge Kazoo open telecommunications software platform.
As part of this project, the internship offers a unique opportunity to dive deep into the world of telecommunications. You will gain hands-on experience with the Erlang programming language, known for its fault-tolerant capabilities in telecom systems. You’ll also work with the SIP protocol, a cornerstone of VoIP communication, and Docker containers, essential for modern, scalable application deployment.
To ensure a dynamic and collaborative work environment, we will be following Agile/Scrum methodologies. This approach will allow for continuous feedback, rapid iteration, and the chance to see your contributions make an impact in real-time. By the end of this project, you will have built robust services that could potentially be used in large-scale telecom operations.
