Requirements

•Possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields.

•Minimum of 10 years of IT experience with at least 4 year working hands-on with AWS or Azure, and on-premise platforms solutions and technologies (OSes, databases, storage, backup, messaging, monitoring, and automation solutions, etc). Minimum 5 years of people and team management experience.

•Expert and “hands on” knowledge of AWS cloud and ideally good familiarity with another cloud provider (e.g. Azure / GCP).

•AWS Certified Solution Architect (Professional) certification preferred.

•Advanced python scripting skills preferred.

•Strong experience with security (cloud compliance, vulnerability management, patching, encryption, best practices etc).

•Understanding and ability to communicate cloud business benefits, cloud economics, cloud migrations, cloud native architectures, etc.

•Conversant with many different areas of infrastructure, infrastructure definition tools (Cloud Formation, Terraform, ARM templates) and automation tools (Ansible).

Job Description

• Responsible to configure, setup, design process sequences, troubleshoot, and fine-tune processes on projects using FASA applications or help to develop them.
• Responsible for carry-out machine on-site setup and buy-off process.

Job Requirements:

42SG IT and Pedagogy Assistant (Associate)

As an IT and Pedagogy Assistant at 42 Singapore, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our technical infrastructure and supporting our innovative pedagogical approach. You will work closely with the IT Lead to develop new applications and ensure our local IT infrastructure, comprising 150 computers, adheres to the 42 Network's standards. Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for students regarding IT and pedagogical matters.

In this role, you will provide technical support to operationalise all aspects of Ecole 42 programme, including but not limited to;

• Install and configure software and hardware
• Manage network servers and technology tools
• Set up accounts and workstations
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
• Troubleshoot issues
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
• Keep systems updated.
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
• Any other matters as necessary for the smooth operations of 42 programme

Requirements:
