 Role Description 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Network & IT Engineer located in Petaling Jaya, Bandar Utama. 

The Senior Network & IT Engineer will be responsible for network administration, network engineering, troubleshooting, network security, and network design. The role will involve day to day tasks such as managing and maintaining network infrastructure, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting network issues, implementing network security measures, designing network solutions and other network related activities.

Daily Task

• Timely response to customers’ enquiries. Log cases, provide information and troubleshoot to solve customer problems
• Keep customer informed, set and follow through commitments
• Keep precise case documentation and case ownership
• Timely elevate and/or escalate to next level support when the case is too complex

RESPONSIBILITIES:
