They will be expected to develop strong collaborative relationships both internally with the Clinical Groups and externally with the ICB and APC and neighbouring providers whilst maintaining an objective and constructive view of performance and elective recovery issues. Build a robust and productive relationship with the ICB and APC in order to lead on the delivering the performance and elective recovery agenda for South East London. Planning and Organisation The post holder will: Lead on the future design, development and implementation of the Trusts performance management framework, ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively and provides the necessary assurance to the Trusts Board and Clinical Group Chief Executives. Develop the system and lead on the Trusts approach for capacity and demand modelling to support future planning and to monitor demand changes. Lead as the local expert on the performance management of healthcare services; integrating systems and managing effective working relationships with the appropriate stakeholders. Represent the Trust in sensitive and political situations, delivering difficult messages where required to senior teams and external organisations.
