Title: Industrial Fluid Technology Solutions Consultant – Thermoplastic

Location: Singapore

About the Role:

Our client is a leading specialty chemical company seeking for an Industrial Fluid Technology Solutions Consultant to drive the growth and development of their Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) material business portfolio within SEA, build strong relationships and understand the unmet needs of their industrial customers as well as aligning these with the solutions and capabilities that they can provide as a company.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the short term and long-term development and market growth of their CPVC material portfolio within SEA.
• Autonomously create demand and generate leads through influential relationships within the industrial piping value chain ecosystem.
• Actively participate in trade shows, industry conferences, and other professional networking events to further strengthen brand awareness.
• Partner with EPC consultants, engineers or contractors to enhance the reach and acceptance of the assigned portfolio.
• Collaborate with Technical Service team to service key accounts and to prospect new accounts, especially in demanding industrial applications- not limiting to chemical processing, petrochemical fields, water treatment and semiconductors.
• Serve as a primary consultant to guide project specs, providing technical support, training, and project follow-up where necessary.
• Develop and maintain a healthy and strong pipeline of opportunities via the CRM system to fuel growth.

Requirements:

• Ideally, You possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related Industrial Engineering disciplines.
• You have at least 5 years of commercial experience in the direct sales or distribution of pipes, fittings, pumps ,valves or flow control products
• Experience in EPC’s (Engineering-Procurement-Construction) or in the field of chemical processing, power generation, Marine/Offshore, Ion Exchange, Lithium Extraction, semiconductor, Mining and Nonferrous or Water treatment sectors would also be highly preferred.
• You demonstrate ability to work across various cultures, a go get attitude, willingness to learn new skills, and be open to adapt to an ever-changing market.
• Fluent communication skills in English and any other language is an asset.
• Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% of the time with a highly flexible schedule would be expected

Responsibilities:

Title: DFT Lead- Advanced Technology & Manufacturing MNC

The company has a significant presence in Singapore and the rest of Asia in terms of its reputable market position in developing high quality manufacturing and customized product solutions, and takes pride in ensuring a high level of end-to-end Advanced Engineering and R&D Operational Excellence to achieve maximized customer satisfaction.

They are looking to hire a strategic Design for Test (DFT) Lead, a Subject Matter Expert who is the critical point of contact in terms of ensuring a smooth flow of end to end product quality and on-time tape-outs processes within various sites in Asia and beyond, optimally supporting complex customer requirements by means of spearheading strategic technical DFT Test Scenarios.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Engineering Director, and this position will be focusing on the below:

1. Spearhead and deep dive analysis into engineering and quality risk management with the objective to enhance process improvement initiatives specific to integrated digital chip design and SoC, specific to key deliverables such as scan insertion, boundary scan, MBIST, ATPG using standard EDA tools.

2. Actively work with cross functions such as Frontend RTL Design and Design Verification teams based in the region to develop and implement low-power DFT architecture and infrastructure.

3. Ensure timely monitoring and control of structural test vectors, including that of analyzing and improving coverage, test time and test cost whilst performing required Test Simulations.

4. Lead process improvements to optimize the DFT methodology to make happen smooth Tape-Out for low-power SoC chips etc.

Candidate Profile Singapore • Permanent

1. Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 -12 years of relevant experience in end-to-end Engineering Management experience in a complex Advanced Technology Solutions business

2. Proven track record in acquired solution oriented mind set to deal with complex and customized Digital Chip Design activities

3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills to relay and/or drive process improvements across a global organization to important stakeholders
