· Gather, analyse and formalise user’s business requirements and processes, evaluate on feasibility of implementation and manage scope
of project.

· Prepare project documentation such as Requirement Specifications/Use Case Specifications etc Adhere to project scope, update requirement traceability matrix, nform and record out-of-scope issues.

· Develop technical design specification and translate technical design into process/program specification. Involve in the design review session.

· Assist in the integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Test & implementation activities.

· Prepare user manual and operations manual, and plan & facilitate training of users and operators., if needed.

· Escalate and discuss critical issues such as scope creep with the relevant managers

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent work experience)

· CBAP, Scrum certificate is a plus

· Experience in healthcare IT project

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, documentation, and modeling tools.

· Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.

· Knowledge of Agile methodologies is often beneficial

ROLE:

· Responsible for delivering Productivity improvement and Incident / Event reduction;

· Responsible for shift management.

· Works with internal business and technology staff to accurately gather and interpret requirements, specifications, and database models

· Supports innovative and optimal data solutions

· Integrates ETL/ControlM/EAI development with existing codebase to maximize object reuse

· Documents ETL/ControlM/EAI processes, programs and solutions as per established standards

· Performs tasks required to conform to the company’s configuration management and software release processes

· Monitors and administers ETL/ControlM/EAI platform to verify execution and measure performance.

Requirements:

· 3-5 years+ experience in API

· Must possess extensive knowledge of webServices, SOAP, REST, Service Oriented Architecture

· Knowledge of Control-M and Datastage is a must

· Proficiency in webMethods is MUST

· Knowledge of microservice architecture a big bonus

· Knowledge in SQL

· Understanding of model driven development

· Understanding of ETL best practices

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise in Application development, encompassing both Web and Mobile platforms.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, software, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of development experience, with a focus on leading application development and maintenance, preferably in the Travel/Retail sector.
• Familiarity with team-based agile environments; exposure to DevOps is advantageous.
• Experience in conducting current state vs. target state analysis, gap fitment, and scope management.
• Understanding and experience in enterprise solution implementation.
• Ability to manage IT work activities, processes, and progress to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Strong data management/modeling experience is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to change and learn new technologies.
• Proven track record of working effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Capable of recommending, developing, planning, managing, implementing, and thoroughly documenting IT projects.
