Job: Commercial Mobile Gas Maintenance Engineer
Location: South Yorkshire covering Sheffield, Rotherham and Barnsley
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Work Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with on-call rotation 1 in 6.
Are you a skilled Gas Maintenance Engineer looking for your next opportunity? Randstad CPE are currently recruiting for a reputable nationwide client. As a Gas Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be delivering maintenance services across various commercial sites in the South Yorkshire area.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on a range of commercial sites
- Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities and complete associated paperwork and reports.
- Ensure all tasks are carried out to meet legislative standards and within required timescales.
- Complete all statutory and mandatory tasks promptly and accurately, including necessary certification and identification of remedial works.
- Respond to reactive and emergency tasks efficiently, utilising handheld technology effectively to complete all assigned duties.
Requirements:
- City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent in relevant disciplines to role
- Experience of maintenance testing & fault finding on equipment including boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety working practices
