The role:

• This is a role that is diverse and interesting, as no two days are the same. You will be upgrading, installing systems and carrying out maintenance works, inspections and fault finding.
• You will keep the clients updated with any developments, recording all activities, remedial works, inspection logs etc and ensure a high level of customer service and will need good verbal and written communication and comfortable working with IT to record your tasks and updates.

What we're looking for:

• You will be Level 2 and 3 City and Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation and have 18th Edition.
• You will need to have a driving licence.
• The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities management, mobile maintenance or construction with project work within a region.

In your new role as a Mobile Fabric Engineer you will be responsible for undertaking all building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating all to the highest level of service for the client.

Mobile Maintenance Plumber

I am currently working with a large maintenance provider who are on the search for commercial plumbers to join their growing team. Due to increased growth my client are looking for an experienced plumber to join their team. You'll be working on mixed portfolio of commercial offices and retail.

Locations: North West London

Salary: £36k-£40k dependant on experience

Hours: Mon - Fri, 8-5

Company van & fuel card provided

Duties:

• Reactive and planned plumbing maintenance across my clients commercial portfolio
• Water treatment
• Pumps
• Water Supply
• Fixing leaks
• Changing taps
• Drainage & Flushing
• Pipework - Copper piping
• Inspection & fault finding on boilers, water heaters and calorifiers

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Foot Mobile - Up to £38,000

Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in London. My client is currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to cover in the region of circa 6-10 commercial buildings located in London (Zones 1&3). The successful candidates will be Electrical or Mechanically biased with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is a Foot Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend several sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical & mechanical maintenance. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £38,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM's & Reactive maintenance on Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings and compressors
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds etc)
• Ensuring log-books are kept up to date
• Escorting specialist sub-contractors
• Assisting other engineers
• Offering technical support
• This is an M&E contract, so therefore there will be very little plumbing and fabric work

Hours of work

Mon - Fri Hours: 8am - 5pm

Requirements

• City & Guilds / NVQ Mechanical Engineering / Heating & Ventilation / Plumbing
• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• An understanding of commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• You must be happy to work on a "Foot Mobile" basis and attend multiple sites (i.e. This is not a mobile role where a vehicle is provided)
