You will be responsible for overseeing the product line of KREBS Pumps, Cyclones, Valves, Hose & Rubber (PCV) performance in the field as well as targeting competitor installed base to replace & offering technical solutions with our Teams. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in service solutions and drive the success of our products in the region.Job ScopeCustomer focused service support for all Pumps, Cyclones, Valve, Hose & Rubber products in the region - routinely monitoring & offering improved performance solutions to Customers. In-depth knowledge of rebuilds, oversee site installation & routine maintenance of PCV equipment.Targeting competitor installed base, gathering process-data & working with technical teams to offer our products showcasing improved performance, lower total ownership costs, better availability & service support.Technical solutions sales through identifying site issues & troubleshooting - willingness to drive business development and build relationships for repeat business.Maintain site based installation list & monitor performances.Collaborate with the regional sales teams to effectively promote and market our products/services to relevant customers in the region.Work closely with Sales Area Managers, Regional/Global Product Line Management, Capital Sales, and Inside Sales to develop winning proposals.Provide comprehensive training and guidance to customers, sales representatives, and site support.Travel to customer sites and engineering firms to troubleshoot, consult on system design, support start-ups, and ensure proper aftermarket support, including warranty/quality issue resolution.Report won/lost opportunities and customer feedback, including market intelligence, competition activities, and suggestions for product design and improvement based on specific customer pain points.Collaborate to support the successful launch of new products/services in the region.Assist with mining sales opportunities in region.What you bring:Experience in Supporting delivery of technical sales briefings for customer and company representativesExpererience gathering input to customer technical specifications and estimates the costs, resources, time, and technical requirements of modifying, configuring, and installing the product…
