Required candidates with basic accounting experience
PROCUREMENT & ACCOUNTING
▪ Ensure the accuracy of ECRF, MEMO, SOW, PR/PO, vendor invoice etc.
▪ Update financial tracker on timely basis.
▪ Follow up vendor invoice, payment, and SOA reconciliation.
▪ Prepare and update the weekly/ monthly reports.
▪ Ensure all the filling is up to date.
ADMIN
▪ Business travel logistics.
▪ Meeting Rooms / Projectors booking.
▪ Govern clean desk policy.
▪ General housekeeping.
▪ Department Org Chart updates.
▪ Track On-boarding / Off boarding, seating, locker etc.
▪ Time-sheet assignment.
▪ Asset listing.
▪ Assist in coordinate events and workshops.
PROJECT Related
▪ Coordinate info collection and submission (e.g., Project budget, CAPEX/OPEX purchasing, Resources related, Project milestone and etc.)
▪ Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations.
▪ Support development effort charge out projects.
▪ Extract and prepare timesheet reports
▪ Track against approved monthly charges and raise any discrepancies to Pillar Leads
