CACI is seeking a C# ASP.NET Technical Lead for our HighVIEW Program! This position supports our customer’s upcoming go-to product for a high-profile delivery function and will provide the opportunity of experience with innovative and cross-fabric digital solutions. You will work directly with UI and Database leads to design and implement robust APIs to transform a flagship, client-based solution to a modern web based user experience. This is a HYBRID opportunity. The majority of the work will be completed REMOTELY, however there may be opportunities in the future for client-side work within the Washington DC area if you possess a TS/SCI clearance.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
Work closely with other leads and the whole team to understand functional requirements and make recommendations regarding REST API design, solutions, and procedures.
Review software requirements and assist with design decisions.
Participate in Agile scrum meetings.
Design, develop, and test full-stack software applications using:
Required Qualifications:
US Citizenship required.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of experience in web development, with experience in:
C# (WCF or WebAPI a plus).
Experience in ASP.NET frameworks.
Proficiency in using MVC patterns.
Great understanding of APIs and REST Web Services.
Familiarity with PL/SQL.
Able to plan strategically and organize work within sprints.
Ability to learn and apply functional concepts very quickly.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
Experience with developing replacement systems and meeting user expectations and implied requirements.
Experience with HighVIEW.
Front-end Typescript / Javascript frameworks for building Single Page Applications (SPA) with Angular, Vue, or React.
Experience using JIRA and/or Confluence.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$95,500-$210,100
