As the selected candidate, you will be responsible for:

• Determining the clearest and most logical way to present information and instructions for greatest reader comprehension and writes and edits technical information accordingly.

• Preparing or commissioning graphics and illustrations to elaborate on or complement technical writing.

• Meeting with subject matter experts in order to ensure that specialized topics are appropriately addressed and discussed.

• Managing updates and revisions to technical documents.

• Managing client delivery expectations and provide status, feedback, and project updates to both the customer and the project teams.

• Producing, proof-reading, editing, and formatting technical documentation to include design specifications, procedures, plans, and projects.

• Gathering information and conducting other research in order to convey technical material in a concise and effective manner.

• Complying with all applicable specifications, standards, and other project constraints to include the DIA style guide and DIA product line specifications.

• Preparing reports, responses, and briefings targeted to a wide range of audiences.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, with an active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain a CI Poly

• Five (5) years’ experience as a Technical Editor in programs and contracts of similar scope is preferred.

• BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional Technical Editor experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

• Working understanding of the DIA Style Guide, DIA Analytic Design, and ICD203 & ICD 206.

• Deep experience in the DIA product line.

• Ability to interact comfortably with Senior Government Leadership and Team members on a day-to-day basis.

• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple independent threads of work and interaction simultaneously.

• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to consistently meet deadlines and work under pressure.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently on a complex task with little direction, supervision, and management oversight.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Master’s degree in English, Journalism, or Technical Writing.

• Expert understanding of MS Word, Excel, and Power Point, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

• 6+ years of experience writing/editing intelligence documents, summaries, briefings, etc.

• Relevant exposure to US foreign policy, national CWMD objectives, and the interagency coordination process.

• 5+ years of experience utilizing ICD standards 203 and 206.

CACI is seeking a C# ASP.NET Technical Lead for our HighVIEW Program! This position supports our customer’s upcoming go-to product for a high-profile delivery function and will provide the opportunity of experience with innovative and cross-fabric digital solutions.  You will work directly with UI and Database leads to design and implement robust APIs to transform a flagship, client-based solution to a modern web based user experience.   Come join an award-winning team, bringing software modernization and new capabilities to our customer’s mission!

This is a HYBRID opportunity. The majority of the work will be completed REMOTELY, however there may be opportunities in the future for client-side work within the Washington DC area if you possess a TS/SCI clearance.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

• Work closely with other leads and the whole team to understand functional requirements and make recommendations regarding REST API design, solutions, and procedures.

• Review software requirements and assist with design decisions.

• Participate in Agile scrum meetings.

• Design, develop, and test full-stack software applications using:

  • C# Rest API (WCF and/or Web API).

  • CACI HighView document and records management.

  • Oracle database.

Required Qualifications:

• US Citizenship required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in web development, with experience in: 

  • C# (WCF or WebAPI a plus).

  • Experience in ASP.NET frameworks.

  • Proficiency in using MVC patterns.

  • Great understanding of APIs and REST Web Services.

  • Familiarity with PL/SQL.

  • Able to plan strategically and organize work within sprints.

• Ability to learn and apply functional concepts very quickly.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

• Experience with developing replacement systems and meeting user expectations and implied requirements.

• Experience with HighVIEW.

• Front-end Typescript / Javascript frameworks for building Single Page Applications (SPA) with Angular, Vue, or React.

• Experience using JIRA and/or Confluence.

We are seeking a Front End Web Application Software Engineer  who will work on a multi-contractor team to design, develop, and maintain a modern Common Operating Picture / User Interface web application that enables space operators to analyze large amounts of data in a timely manner to facilitate decision making.

More About the Role:

• Design and develop a Common Operating Picture / User Interface that accesses a variety of data sources and displays the data in a user-configurable view

• Interface with Systems Engineers to understand requirements and provide feedback

• Interface with Integration and Test Engineers to containerize, test, and deploy the web app

• Assist the program team to provide demonstrations to stakeholders

You’ll Bring These Qualifications :

• Active TS/SCI

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field

• 10 years of experience in software engineering or software development for information technology systems

• Experience with JavaScript and CSS

• Experience with web application design and development
