JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Responsible full spectrum of recruitment activities such as job posting, sourcing, screening, interview, job offering and salary negotiation;
2. Assist of other human resource function such as payroll, leave management, staff claims etc;
3. Monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with the government authorities, e.g. such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN and HRDF;
4. Responsible for conducting new employee orientation and employees on boarding and off-boarding workflows;
5. Update and maintain employee personal information;
6. Review and monitor in matters related to staff attendance such as absence and punctuality;
7. Maintain effective filling system and HR records for easy retrieval purpose;
8. Assist of employee grievance matter;
9. Administer HR internal control policies and procedures and attend to all employees' queries pertaining to HR policies and procedures;
10 . Maintain all personnel documents and ensure high level of confidentiality at all times;
11. Verify overtime work of staff with attendance record registered and other related matters;
12. Assist in the planning of employee engagement activities to strengthen employee bonding and organizational growth;
13. Prepare employee letters, contracts, memos, etc.;
14. Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Proficiency in Mandarin & English & Malay
2. Experienced in HR Field will be an advantages
3. Proficiency in MS Office & Mind Mapping
