As a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist, you will:

• Manage complex human resources programs for highly technical occupations and organizations whose mission is to charter, regulate, and supervises all national banks and federal savings associations as well as federal branches and agencies of foreign banks. This announcement is for a position as a CORE (Cadre of On-Call Response/Recovery Employee). The Human Capital Program Manager:

• Is responsible for managing the development and implementation of departmental human capital and strategic workforce planning products and initiatives.
