The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:

- Prepare crane structures by erecting scaffolding required and preparing materials for coating including selection of appropriate suspension and access methods.

- Manage the full project cycle from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery of NPI projects
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities

Qualifications and experience as Project Manager

- Experience in project management within a manufacturing and production environment
- Formal qualification in project management is advantageous
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using MRP systems (advantageous)
- Solutions-oriented with a focus on driving results
- Ability to interact and collaborate with multiple departments within the organization

Day-to-day as Project Manager

Holt Engineering is working with a client to secure a highly skilled and dynamic Business Development Manager to join the business. A well-respected engineering business with a global presence, our client has an excellent reputation. The ideal candidate will be a positive and results-driven individual with a strong focus on continuous improvement, excellent proven negotiation skills at a senior level, and international networking and sales experience. You must have an understanding of engineering machinery, components or tooling and ideally the aerospace industry and its processes.

Qualifications and Experience as Business Development Manager

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- International sales experience in the aerospace industry is desirable
- Proven track record of success in technical sales, preferably within a manufacturing and engineering sector
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with clear verbal and written capability
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Technical estimating skills would be advantageous
- Ability to think outside the box and drive proactive business strategies
- Experience in a pivotal role within a global business environment
