RESPONSIBILITIES
NTUC Health is one of the largest community health and eldercare providers in Singapore. We are looking to make a difference in our community and are recruiting dynamic and capable individuals to join the Human Resources team. You can expect to work with a team of agile and committed HR professionals.
Talent Attraction Associate will work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to implement long-term manpower planning strategy. This includes identifying appropriate sources of talents and management of strategic partners to develop talent pipeline supporting business growth and employer branding. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage business unit expectations while demonstrating a visible commitment to fulfilling recruitment goals.
- Collaborate closely with business units to understand their hiring requirements and develop and implement innovative talent attraction strategies to source and hire qualified candidates
- Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements that effectively communicate the organization's culture, values, and opportunities.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
- Partner and drive strategic alliances and partners such as educational institutions and government agencies such as e2i, WSG
- Coordinate with hiring managers and HR partners to schedule interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate the overall recruitment process.
- Regularly track and report on key talent attraction metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Stay informed about healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices that impact the recruitment process.
- Identify trends, competitor practices and analyse data to drive and influence the business unit with innovative talent attraction strategies
- Support HR digital transformation projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Proven experience in talent attraction, recruitment, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment-related tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and devise innovative talent attraction strategies.
OTHER INFORMATION
- Familiarity with healthcare industry dynamics, trends, and terminology is advantageous.
- Proficient in Google Workspace tools
- IHRP Certification would be advantageous
