What you'll need to succeed  
The successful candidate will have previous supervision experience, ideally in a litigation environment, however other supervision experience will be considered.
You will have demonstrable experience of handling a caseload which includes; credit hire, personal injury or similar case types. You will have good people management skills including the ability to motivate, coach and mentor team members at all levels.

Your new role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and deploying digital marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, and optimising content marketing strategies to drive business growth.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong knowledge of website analytics, reporting tools, and marketing channels - SEO / Hubspot and experience with Paid socials. Experience with website content management systems (CMS) and running social media campaigns. Ability to create compelling written content, blog posts, and copy. Excellent project management, organisational, and time management skills. Strong analytical abilities and a solid understanding of marketing principles Creative and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail and consistency across all digital channels.
