  assist in supporting appropriate tasks in reception; photograph prisoners; collate documentation for the property process; search/x-ray incoming prisoner property and parcels; receive items for prisoners and check all seals are intact on property storage.
• prisoner supervision:
  supervise prisoners as required; undertake prisoner clothing/property exchange and assist officers with free flow movement.
• food delivery:
  food trolley delivery and collection, which may involve the use of an electric tug vehicle.
• driving duties:
  transport prisoners and their escort to their destination in the cellular vehicle; collect mail from local sorting office.
• phone calls:
  monitor the Personal Identification Number (PIN) system, maintaining the log of PIN Phone requests from prisoners; complete all relevant paperwork keeping an audit trail of conversations; check that legal numbers are registered solicitors.
• procedures and protocol:
  understand and conform to national and local policies, responding appropriately to invoke emergency procedures and the actions required in relation to incidents.

No formal qualifications or previous experience is required for this role. However, applicants with security backgrounds are highly desirable. The nature of the OSG role requires candidates to be security conscious and able to challenge potential compromises and risks, you will also need to be reliable and consistent, level headed and have exceptional interpersonal skills.

An opportunity for a Senior Reward Manager to join a newly formed Performance & Reward Centre of Excellence.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Performance & Reward and will play a crucial role in leading the reward strategy, framework and reward projects, ensuring alignment with the values, goals, and objectives.Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Performance & Reward on all elements of reward design and developing reward strategies in collaboration with senior management.
• Determine the medium and long-term reward strategy for the full UK population, taking into account the divisional and organisation-wide strategic priorities.
• Lead on all HR projects which have a reward impact to ensure that the total reward framework supports the business strategy, people, employee sentiment and is benchmarked to market.
• Manage all HR reward strategy papers for the UK Remuneration Committee and Senior Management Committee.
• Act as a deputy to the Head of Performance & Reward when required.

Key Accountabilities

• Total Reward strategy framework
• Support the delivery of the business agenda where there is a reward impact, e.g. mobility (internal and global)/agile/career pathways
• Strategic input on pay negotiations, pay and bonus process, short term and long term incentive plan design

The Senior Reward Manager will have an annual budget and sign-off authority, and will be responsible for managing revenue, costs, and sales targets.

What you need to succeed
You must have experience leading on Reward strategy as a Reward Manager or Reward Lead within a large, complex, commercial organisation, ideally a professional services or financial services organisation.
You must have experience with strategic input on pay negotiations and pay and bonus processes.
