• 協助整個招募流程（尤其是 PMET 職位）

• 透過各種人力資源工具跟進未決事項並提高績效
• 規劃和製定人員培訓計劃
• 維護和保養所有合約、協議、辦公室租賃、保險記錄和續約，並在到期前至少 2 個月及時突出顯示
• 協助向保險公司提交索賠並跟進付款
• 對即將辭職的員工進行離職面談，並透過與報告經理進行反核確保正確移交
• 向員工解釋政策和人力資源程序
• 維護和保養辦公室資產和設備，補充食品儲藏室和文具，並確保辦公室行政和運營得到照顧
• 準備每月薪資單
• 任何其他臨時行政職責

經驗 – 3年經驗，必須精通馬來西亞就業法

辦公地點 : 大城堡

辦公時間 : 上午 10 點至晚上 7 點（週一至週五）

Job Scope

• Assist with the entire recruitment process (especially on PMET roles)
• Conduct quarterly KPI reviews with Managers to ensure personnel are kept abreast of their performance and to match expectations between both parties
• Follow up on pending matters and drive performance through various HR tools
• Plan and develop training program for personnel
• Maintain and upkeep of all contracts, agreements, office leasing, Insurance records and renewals, with prompt highlight at least 2 months before its expiry
• Assist to submit claims to Insurers and to follow up with the payments
• Conduct exit interviews for staff who are resigning and ensure proper handover via counter checking with the reporting manager
• Explain policies and HR procedures to staffs
• Maintain and upkeep office assets and equipment, replenish pantry and stationeries and ensure the office administrative and operations are taken care of
• Preparing monthly payrolls
• Any other adhoc administrative duties

Experience –3 years experience, Must be well versed and knowledgeable in Malaysia’s Employment Act

Office Location : Sri Petaling

Office Hour : 10am to 7pm (Monday to Friday)

ABOUT YOUR ROLE: You will have a direct impact to the program goals of LEAD (Leadership Experience and Accelerated Development), an Early Career Program of Avery Dennison Materials Group APAC, while gaining many insights to the Talent Acquisitions function and business environment as well as various stakeholders as you interact with them to achieve the program impact. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisitions, HRs and business functions in the APAC region to assist in planning and coordinating university engagement activities.
• Support the planning and implementation of early career programs in the APAC region.
• Assist in scoping, designing and developing of new projects.
