Duties may include:

• Screening requests, documents, and reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Receiving personnel actions and determining processing data to include the nature of action and authority codes, remarks and other requirements based on the nature of the action.
• Assisting in recruitment activities by verifying veterans' preference, coordinating entrance on duty and release dates, and processing pre-appointment security packets.
• Providing office automation support.

About this unit  

The Corewell Health Butterworth OR department is a level 1 trauma center. The department consists of twenty-one (21) operating rooms that operate 24/7 including supporting other surgical services departments related to IMRI and pediatric areas.  The surgical team covers multiple specialties with a focus on trauma, orthopedic trauma, acute care surgery and neurological trauma. Our interdisciplinary team of anesthesia providers, physicians, nurses, surgical technicians, and support technicians offer a high level of expertise and patient care. We also support a high level of technology including the DaVinci, Rosa, and Stealth robotic equipment. Acorn by Synergie is looking for Production Operatives to work at one of thier well-established clients in the Mountain Ash area.


Main Duties:

* Assemble, install, and operate machines and products. Using written and verbal instructions, perform necessary tasks.
* Inspecting, degating, removal of flash, cleaning, and performing finishing procedures.
* Maintaining your work area in a clean and organized fashion.
* Report any inefficient or unsafe conditions to management upon discovery of the conditions.
* Complete all paperwork accurately as instructed by your manager.
* Perform all work using safety equipment as instructed while obeying all safety rules and procedures.
* Must be flexible when overtime is available


Requirements:

* Extensive experience in a similar role.
* Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and shop-order instructions.
* Basic Math's and English required due to paperwork needing to being completed

Hours and pay rates:

* Pay rates: £10.42 per hour + overtime paid x1.5
* Hours of work: Monday to Thursday, 08.30 - 5pm and Friday, 08.30 - 3.30pm

This will be for starts in the new year, all applications will be called through in January.
