Job Description:
1) Human Resource
· Work closely with the management to provide HR advisory, support and full spectrum of HR matters
· Handle employees’ monthly payroll cycle, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A income tax assessment, applications of work permits and employment passes.
· Handle full spectrum of recruitment including advertise, shortlist, arrange interviews, prepare salary proposal, offer successful candidates, onboarding, staff announcement and off-boarding (for leavers)
· Maintain quality data management of employee records in Employee Central/ Success Factor and as administrator for HRMS system in accordance to company’s policies and guidelines.
· Monitor employee’s learning and development through trainings and e-learning courses organized by company
· Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time including administration and coordinating certification processes.
2) Accounts
· Handle full set of accounts (AP/AR/GL)
· Monthly bank reconciliation
· Preparation of payments to vendors and payroll
· Manage month-end and year-end closing
· Reporting packages to HQ
Requirements:
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience
· Diploma in Business, Accountancy or related discipline
· Must have knowledge with local accounting software such as QuickBooks (preferred), Xero etc
· Possess knowledge of statutory and employment law
· Independent, self-drive and able to work under pressure
· Meticulous and detail oriented
