• Serves as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist providing management advisory services on organizational Human Resource (HR) projects that are often complex and difficult to resolve. The incumbent assigns subordinates to resolve issues/problems requiring consideration of multiple human resource laws, policies and procedures.
