You will be joining our Total FM team covering 6 Schools based in Exeter. The Total FM team provides integrated asset management and maintenance services across the education, leisure, corporate, health and living sectors to ensure facilities operate at their best.

This is a fixed term role for 1 year. The working hours are 37.5hrs per week between the hours of 8am and 5pm on a rotation basis and will participate on a call escalation rota for out of hours service.

• Management of all Hard Services delivered either in-house or by Providers

• Significant experience within Hard FM and Technical qualification in FM or building maintenance services
• Implementation of Statutory Compliance PPM tasks.
• Trained in and working knowledge of construction / FM H&S
• Working knowledge of SFG20, SSoW CAFM and BMS systems
• IOSH Managing Safely qualification
• RP or AP Certification

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a talented and efficient Vehicle Paint Prepper / Paint Prep Technician / Paint Prepper / Car Prepper to join their team. You will be preparing damaged vehicles in line with the manufacturers' specifications, ready for repair.

As an experienced Vehicle Paint Prepper / Prep Paint Technician / Paint Prepper / Car Prepper, you will be responsible for:

• Surface preparation, filling, sanding and cleaning surfaces
• Unpacking, handling and preparing parts prior to paint
• Minor Filler Jobs
• Prepare and clean panels for priming.
• Priming
• Prepare Vehicles for paint
• Polishing

Qualifications / Skills for Vehicle Prepper / Prep Technician / Prepper / Car Prepper:

• You will have previous experience preparing cars for paining, ideally from an accident repair background, with a high attention to detail and working to high standards.
• You will be able to work safely under pressure and be able to plan and manage your workload effectively.
